This Morning Competition - Spin to Win

How to enter and win?

Once you’ve entered the competition, a lucky entrant will be chosen to receive a live phone call between 10am and 12:30pm during the This Morning broadcast.

To qualify for a spin of the prize wheel, the first words you say when you answer the phone must be the Phrase of the Day. Make sure to keep an ear out for the special phrase and have it ready!

What happens if the caller doesn't say the phrase of the day?

If the caller doesn’t say the correct Phrase of the Day, the opportunity passes to the next selected entrant. So, stay alert and make sure you’re prepared to answer, especially if you share a phone line!

Who's eligible to win?

Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over who do not work for and are not related to anyone who works for ITV or STV. No purchase required. One entry allowed per person.
