This is being run by ITV Competitions, but be aware that there's a fee of £1.50 to enter.

What's the prize?

It's a cash prize of up to £12,000 (prizes are subject to change).

How to enter?

On entry you'll have 30 seconds to complete one multiple-choice question and you can only attempt to enter once in each of the five competition periods.

If you answer within the time limit, you'll then be asked whether you would like to proceed to pay to enter into the competition.

How much does it cost?

It now costs £1.50 to enter, unlike the old SPIN TO WIN which was FREE.

Once you’ve entered the competition, a lucky entrant will be chosen to receive a live phone call between 11:30am and 12:30pm during the This Morning broadcast on Wednesdays. There's no phrase of the day to remember anymore, you just need to answer your phone call within 6 rings.

What happens if the caller doesn't answer?

The opportunity passes to the next selected entrant. So, stay alert and make sure you’re prepared to answer, especially if you share a phone line!

Do you earn commission from entries?

No, we do not receive any form of commission from entries into this competition.

What happened to This Morning's free SPIN TO WIN?

It was a very popular competition, presented mostly by Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, but it has sadly ended now and we would love to see it return again!

Who's eligible to win?

Open to UK, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over who do not work for and are not related to anyone who works for ITV or STV. No purchase required. One entry allowed per person.
